mj77game reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement — upon detection of prohibited conduct. mj77game's determination in such matters is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any mj77game content.
• Use the mj77game brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without mj77game's express written consent.

mj77game's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the ninety (90) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

mj77game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deducting applicable bonus balances and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that voluntary closure does not waive any obligations you have incurred under these Terms prior to the closure date.

mj77game reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — mj77game will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms entirely.

The severance or modification of any individual provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The parties agree that any severed provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mj77game holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, disputes should be raised with mj77game's support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
2. Formal Complaint: If a dispute is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance team at support at mj77game.bet, clearly setting out the nature of your complaint and the remedy sought.
3. Arbitration: If a formal complaint remains unresolved after thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
